EASY-TO-USE MENUS

On-screen menus provide a comfortable way for you to shorten NC data preparation time. System functions are activated easily by selecting a menu item with a mouse or by entering the menu item number with the keyboard. The NC menus have helpful interface prompts for data input and system operation. This heads-up visual method reduces training time and fatigue, while increasing overall productivity.

"HOT KEY" FUNCTIONS

"Hot keys" linked to often-used functions, such as NC parameter settings, geometry creation, view manipulation, tool path editing and other features, are available at the touch of a button. Because the NC environment is integrated totally with the geometry modeler, the need for separate graphic and manufacturing systems is eliminated.

LOGICAL GROUPING OF NC FUNCTIONS

Functions like point-to-point, lathe, flame cutting and milling are each broken down into logical steps for the NC operations being performed. When a command is activated, you are prompted for necessary information to automatically generate the tool motion desired. This makes generation and review of NC data both simple and straightforward.

AUTOMATED REPETITIVE FUNCTIONS

Repetitive steps can be captured and activated by one on-screen menu selection. When activated, the NC commands you require are performed automatically in the sequence you specify.

SPECIALIZED NC MACHINE TOOL FUNCTIONS

If your machine tools have specialized functions that must be activated, you can store a list of those commands as NC macros and retrieve them as needed.
