CAD X11^® Enhancements in year 2008

1. The Surface Normals function under the Surfaces menu has been improved so that the unit normal arrow stays on the screen for visual verification of your changes, the menu repeats until terminated and the screen does not blank out - (release 4.0.223) - Mar 31, 2008
2. The prompt dialog box that appears for the user to answer a question has been revised so that the dialog position can be moved to the side and will appear there the next time. This feature is prompt dependent, not a global setting for all questions - (release 4.0.223) - Mar 31, 2008
3. True Type fonts are now correctly supported in drawings and patterns (up to 600). If you open a drawing on a computer where a text based entity is defined with a True Type font not currently loaded in the operating system, the font will revert back to the Standard font - (release 4.0.225) - Aug 18, 2008
4. The drop down lists on the left side of the program for line type, color, line weight and text font has been enlarged - (release 4.0.225) - Aug 18, 2008
5. The fence select option is now implemented in the Entity Selection Menu. Use the mouse to click around the geometry desired and then finish by clicking the right mouse button. When you click the middle mouse button, the system removes the last boundary segment in case you made an error defining the boundary - (release 4.0.226) - Aug 19, 2008
6. An error was introduced at build 4.0.225 and is now corrected that incorrectly calculated the dimension line lengths for dimensions and labels - (release 4.0.227) - Oct 27, 2008
7. An error in dimensioning where trailing zeroes were removed without user control is now corrected - (release 4.0.228) - Dec 30, 2008
